Just a few weeks after launching, Hide is living up to its reputation as “the biggest new opening of 2018.” But it’s not just chef Ollie Dabbous’ lunch and dinner creations that are making waves at his Green Park-based restaurant. Breakfast here is like no other. Served seven days a week on the Ground floor, the menu features such playful surprises as Oeuf en cocotte with wilted greens, girolles & shaved Ogleshield (pictured) together with no less than five different types of croissant, freshly made each day in the on-site bakery.
