The agency worked with publishers Bloomsbury on the promotion of Dabbous: The Cookbook, creating exposure across the board, from the London Evening Standard and The Times through to Madame Figaro Japan and CNT China. Jori White PR also helped secure Ollie Dabbous a number of prestigious assignments, including Chef of the Season at Harrods and an association with Sotheby’s London headquarters that involved him in the catering of two dinners for the auction house’s key clients. June 2016 saw Ollie host a three day pop up restaurant at this iconic Mayfair venue. Other key activities that were heavily capitalised on included Ollie’s collaboration with Woods’ Silver Fleet of luxury yachts on The Thames and his menu creation for the National Theatre’s Bright Young Things Gala which saw the likes of James Norton and Olivia Coleman enjoy an on-stage dining experience. The agency secured Ollie and his business partner, renowned mixologist Oskar Kinberg, a number of overseas residencies, most recently with The Lalit hotel group in India
