The agency worked with publishers Bloomsbury on the promotion of Dabbous: The Cookbook, creating exposure across the board, from The Times through to CNT China. Substantial coverage was also generated for Oskar Kinberg’s Cocktail Cookbook including a three page feature in the London Evening Standard. Over the last 18 months, Jori White PR has helped Ollie achieve a number of prestigious assignments, including Chef of the Season at Harrods and an association with Sotheby’s London headquarters that has involved him in the catering of two dinners for the auction house’s key clients and a three day pop up restaurant. Other key activities that have been heavily capitalised on include Ollie’s collaboration with Woods’ Silver Fleet of luxury yachts on The Thames and his menu creation for the National Theatre’s Bright Young Things Gala which saw the likes of James Norton and Olivia Coleman enjoy an on-stage dining experience.
