MASTER THE ART OF PREPARING FINE FOOD AT FLAT THREE

If your culinary skills could do with a bit of a spring clean, then head to Holland Park where Pavel Kanja, head chef of acclaimed restaurant Flat Three, will be hosting masterclasses on 11th and 25th March and 8th April. Each will focus on a speciality of Flat Three’s menu that is in turn inspired by the minimalist aesthetics and flavours of Japanese, Korean and Nordic cuisine. The 90-minute sessions start at 11am and will be followed by a lunch incorporating the dish in question.
