Michelin-starred chef James Sommerin is to publish his first book. Available from 16 July, the appropriately titled Generationsnot only reveals the secrets behind his incredible food, but of a remarkable career. Lavishly photographed, it charts James’ journey from humble beginnings to winning his first Michelin star at The Crown at Whitebrook, before repeating the feat in 2016 at Restaurant James Sommerin in Penarth. Packed with 40 signature recipes and featuring a foreword by the legendary Claude Bosi, Generations will be available to buy from the restaurant’s website, priced at £39.95.
