MICHELIN-STARRED CULINARY MAESTROS UNITE AT RESTAURANT JAMES SOMMERIN

Monday 21 May will be a very special date on the Welsh culinary calendar as chef James Sommerin joins forces with fellow Michelin starred chef patrons Bryan Webb (Tyddyn Llan in Llandrillo); Stéphane Borie (Checkers in Montgomery); Shaun Hill (The Walnut Tree near Abergavenny) and Stephen Stevens (Sosban & The Old Butchers Restaurant, Menai Bridge), to prepare a gastronomic extravaganza without parallel. Held at Restaurant James Sommerin in Penarth, and priced at £150 per person, tickets will include wine with each course and a glass of champagne on arrival.
