Learn the tricks of the trade on 24th February as Novikov’s latest masterclass focuses on a quintet of seasonal vegetarian fare: Aubergine Parmigiana; Sicilian Caponata; Vegetarian Lasagne; Roasted Vegetables and Quinoa Salad. Once again each masterclass is a snip at just £75 per head to include breakfast, tuition and an informal lunch paired with wine.
